Easy Reindeer Sugar Cookies

These reindeer sugar cookies are really easy to make and they look ADORABLE! The gel icing dries hard enough that they’ll travel well. And I love that it’s just enough icing to add some sweetness. The cookie recipe is so good! Perfectly even cookies, with no chilling required! Wouldn’t they be perfect to send to a class party or to bring to a Christmas potluck?

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
